Winner will Receive

• Choice between these in-studio sessions:
• Newborn Session (2 Hours - Baby between 5-14 days old)
• Maternity Session (1 Hour - 28-34 weeks of pregnancy)
• Family Session (1 Hour)
• Mommy & Me Session (1 Hour)

• 5 Edited High Resolution Digital Images of your choice, with the option to upgrade at a discount after viewing the gallery
• Up to 3 people included (More can be included for a fee - See Optional Add Ons below)
• A print release for personal use only
• Boho styled backdrop (Shown in photo at the bottom of this page)
• Session Styling with Neutral Colours & Props
• Full access to my Client Closet! This includes a selection of maternity dresses (some hand made by me) as well as many other non-maternity outfits. Options available for toddlers (including tutus), young children, and top options available for men. (Fitting may be arranged ahead of session if desired)

Important Details

• The Giveaway must be entered between Friday, May 1st 2026 and Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 9:00 PM EST.
• The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, May 8th 2026 and will be announced via the instagram post and stories and will be contacted via DM from @lindseygalletlyphotography on Instagram ONLY (Please be aware of scams during giveaway time).
• The winner must respond to the announcement within 24 Hours, otherwise a new winner will be selected.
• The winner must be agreeable to have the images from the session shared publicly (Including but not limited to use on my website, social media and/or in promotional and marketing materials - They will not be used for commercial sale).
• You may enter the giveaway on someone else's behalf as long as they agree with the terms and conditions.
• The prize is not transferrable to any session that is currently booked with me.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash. There is no cash value.
• The session will take place at my studio in Mississauga, ON.
• Only Ontario Residents may enter.
• Cancellation of the session with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• If at least 48 hours is given, the session may be rescheduled up to one time only.
• The winner must be willing to sign my contract. Unwillingness to sign the contract will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The prize must be redeemed in the year 2026 for one of the 4 sessions types listed above.

Optional Add Ons

• Photos of up to 3 people are included, but additional children may be included for $50 CAD each. (Max 5 people in studio)

• If the winner wishes to have an outdoor session (NOT available for Newborn), I must be agreeable to the time and location and a travel fee will apply. Please note that outdoor sessions are weather permitting. If the weather is undesirable on the scheduled date of your session, the session will take place in studio (Mississauga, ON) and this decision will be made at my discretion.

If the winner wishes to purchase an upgrade for additional images beyond the 5 included with the giveaway, the following rates will apply and will be due prior to being provided access to download the edited gallery. *Individual Image add-ons are NOT available*
